Addonics Warranty and Returns Policy

The warranty period and returns policy varies depends on product. On each item page, click on More Info to see the warranty period and return policy of the item.

The following items are not refundable due to price volatility:
· Hard Drive
· Memory

If the product is defective when it is received, we will ship a replacement unit using the same shipping method in your order. For US customers, we will also provide a shipping label to return the defective unit when the problem is reported to Addonics within 10 days of receiving the item.

There is no refund on the original shipping and handling fee. While Addonics makes every attempt in testing all products to ensure 100% functional, that every package contains all the necessary parts and accessories as advertised, products may still arrive defective due to shipping damage or human errors. Addonics is not responsible for any loss due to defective products, missing items in the package or any incompatibility issues that are in contradiction with Addonics advertising information. The only remedy from Addonics is a full refund of the original purchase price of the product.

In order to get a complete refund of the item, it must be returned in its original package with all accessories. We will issue refund minus the price of any missing items. Addonics is not responsible for any shipping damage or lost in your return.

The refund may not appear in your current credit card statement depending on your credit card billing cycle. If the credit does not show up in two consecutive statements, you should email to us from the following web page http://www.addonics.com/sales/query/ your return record - your name, original invoice number or order number, shipping method and the shipper tracking #. We will investigate and reply to you within 48 hours.

Product returns for credit, repair or replacement will not be accepted without an RMA number. Once an RMA Number is obtained, customer is responsible for shipping the product back within 30 days. Please ship using a carrier that provides a tracking number and proof of delivery. We recommend Fedex, UPS or Airborne Express. Addonics will not be responsible for items lost by the carrier. Valid proof of delivery must include the receipt signature of an authorized Addonics employee. Please note the RMA number is only valid for 30 days. Any return with an invalid RMA number will be refused by our receiving department and be shipped back at the sender's expense.

Restocking charges may apply for non-defective product returns. Any product returned for full credit which is not found to be defective may be assessed a 15% restocking fee. Addonics will not assess a restocking fee for defective products, or for returns for exchange or replacement. A qualified Addonics technician will test each returned product for defect.

Restocking charges will be applied to incomplete returns. Returned products must include all accessories, parts, documents, etc. Please make sure that all manuals, cables, screws, and other accessories are included in the original packaging. Products returned incomplete will be assessed a fee basing on the price of the missing item or a minimum of $10 US dollars for small items or accessories.

Products damaged through negligence or due to poor return packaging will void the warranty and will be returned without replacement at the customer's expense.

Addonics will always honor the original ship method of the order when sending out exchange or replacement items.

On returns to our facility, no credit will be allowed for items shipped to us in error.

All claims for shortage, damage or shipment errors must be made within 7 days after receipt of shipment. Our liability shall be limited to the invoice value of the materials or its replacement.

If any malfunction of products should occur while used in its recommended environment, Addonics, at our option, will repair or replace the product at no charge, provided the product or any part there of has not been abused, misused, neglected, replaced, repaired or modified. Addonics shall make the final determination as to the existence and cause of any defect.

Please email or fax us the RMA form from the following web page http://www.addonics.com/support/rma/ to request your return. We will email back a Return Authorization # (RMA #) to you. This RMA must be marked clearly outside the package. Items without RMA # will be returned to the sender. Ship the package to the following address:
