The warranty period and returns policy varies depends on product. On each item page, click on More Info to see the warranty period and return policy of the item.
The following items are not refundable due to price volatility:

· Memory
If the product is defective when it is received, we will ship a replacement unit using the same shipping method in your order. For US customers, we will also provide
a shipping label to return the defective unit.
There is no refund on the original shipping and handling fee. While Addonics
makes every attempt in testing all products to ensure 100% functional, that
every package contains all the necessary parts and accessories as advertised,
products may still arrive defective due to shipping damage or human errors.
Addonics is not responsible for any loss due to defective products, missing
items in the package or any incompatibility issues that are in contradiction
with Addonics advertising information. The only remedy from Addonics is a full
refund of the original purchase price of the product.
In order to get a complete refund of the item, it must be returned
in its original package with all accessories. We will issue refund
minus the price of any missing items. Addonics is not responsible
for any shipping damage or lost in your return.
The refund may not appear in your current credit card statement
depending on your credit card billing cycle. If the credit does
not show up in two consecutive statements, you should email to us from the following web page http://www.addonics.com/sales/query/ your return record - your name, original invoice number or order
number, shipping method and the shipper tracking #. We will investigate
and reply to you within 48 hours.
Product returns or replacements will not be accepted without an
RMA Number. Once an RMA Number is obtained, customer is responsible
for shipping the product back. Please ship using a carrier that
provides a tracking number and proof of delivery. We recommend Airborne
Express, UPS or Fedex. Addonics will not be responsible for items
lost by the carrier. Valid proof of delivery must include the receipt
signature of an authorized Addonics employee. The repaired or replacement unit will be shipped back to customer using FedEx ground or UPS ground method. Customer may choose to pay for the difference if expedited shipping is required
Credit return will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Addonics will not assess a
restocking fee on returns for exchange or replacement. Addonics may waive the re-stocking fee if our technicians confirm that there is incompatibility between our product and the customer's equipment.
Returned products must include all accessories, parts, documents, etc. Please
make sure that all manuals, cables, screws, and other accessories
are included in the original packaging. Products returned incomplete
will be assessed a fee basing on the price of the missing item or a minimum of $10 US dollars
for small items or accessories. This charge is in addition to the 15% restocking fee on non-defective return.
Products damaged through negligence or due to poor return packaging
will void the warranty and will be returned without replacement
at the customer's expense.
Returned products must be received within 30 days from the issuance
of the RMA Number.
Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Addonics will honor the original ship method of the order
when sending out exchange or replacement items within the first 30 days of the purchase.
On returns to our facility, no credit will be allowed for items
shipped to us in error.
All claims for shortage, damage or shipment errors must be made
within 7 days after receipt of shipment. Our liability shall be
limited to the invoice value of the materials or its replacement.
If any malfunction of products should occur while used in its
recommended environment, Addonics, at our option, will repair or
replace the product at no charge, provided the product or any part
there of has not been abused, misused, neglected, replaced, repaired
or modified. Addonics shall make the final determination as to the
existence and cause of any defect.
Please email or fax us the RMA form from the following web page http://www.addonics.com/support/rma/ to request your return. We will email back a Return Authorization
# (RMA #) to you. This RMA must be marked clearly outside the package.
Items without RMA # will be returned to the sender. Ship the package
